At Vapely, we are committed to maintaining product safety, hygiene, and quality standards for all customers across Canada. Due to the nature of vaping products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

Non-Returnable Vape Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Disposable vapes

  • Pre-filled vape pods

  • Vape juice / e-liquid products

  • Clearomizers, cartomizers, atomizers and tanks

  • Replacement coils and replacement pods

  • Drip tips and small accessories

  • Clearance or sale items

Any product showing signs of use, misuse, damage, tampering, or missing components will not qualify for return.

These policies apply to all orders shipped within Canada.

 

Defective Vape Products

If you believe you have received a defective vape product, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order number and a description of the issue.

All returned items labeled as defective are carefully inspected upon arrival. If inspection reveals:

  • Physical damage

  • Evidence of improper handling

  • Visible signs of extended use

  • Missing parts or components

The item may not qualify for replacement or store credit.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
